From stargazing to bat watching to telescope tours and insect discoveries, explore the wonder of the dark!
Grab your headlamps and join us outside at the High Desert Museum to celebrate sundown, the transition between day and night when nocturnal wildlife stirs. Learn how a dark night sky free from artificial light pollution is critical for wildlife.
This family-friendly event will include telescope tours, insect discoveries, arts and crafts, bat watching, food and drinks for purchase, raffle prizes, and more!
If you have one, please bring a headlamp or flashlight for after sundown.
