Weekend Workshop: Block Printing

Design, carve, and print your own stamps onto paper or fabric. The workshop will cover block printing techniques such as creating a successful design for the medium, proper carving techniques and use of the tools, and the art of inking and printing with hand-carved stamps. Participants will borrow carving and printing tools but will take home their stamp and finished paper or fabric
prints. Based on the use of sharp tools, this class is recommended for ages 12 and up.
