Join the Museum and Alyce Sadongei (Kiowa/Tohono O’odham), executive director of Mission Garden and previously the first Native American director of the Smithsonian Institution’s American Indian Museum Studies Program, as she charts the growth of tribal cultural institutions and discusses how a predominantly Western concept of a museum is being defined by Indigenous museum professionals.
