Kia Sullivan, J.D., CAP
Chief Philanthropy Officer, High Desert Museum
Kia Sullivan is the Chief Philanthropy Officer at High Desert Museum, bringing over 25 years of experience in strategic philanthropy, nonprofit leadership and wealth advisory. With a background as a JD and CAP certified professional, Kia bridges the technical and human sides of charitable giving, crafting thoughtful strategies that maximize impact for both donors and organizations. She has led philanthropic efforts at major financial institutions and through her own advisory practice – guiding families, foundations and nonprofits toward meaningful, effective giving.
Kia earned her JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California San Diego. Kia has served on the boards of Vida Verde Nature Education, East Palo Alto Youth Court, Youth Science Institute and Legal Aid Society of Santa Clara County. She currently serves on the board of the Driscoll Family Foundation, a supporting organization of Silicon Valley Community Foundation. Based in Bend, she balances her professional life with a love for the outdoors, the arts and the energy of live music.

Julie Gregory, J.D.
Horner Law, LLP
Julie Gregory is an estate planning attorney with Horner Law LLP. She joined the firm after nearly 18 years as Oregon Community Foundation’s Senior Philanthropic Advisor and Regional Director for Central and Eastern Oregon. She graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law in Virginia and pursued a career in litigation and business representation in private practice and with the US Department of Justice.
She has lived in Bend for 24 years and in addition to enjoying all the outdoor pursuits Central Oregon has to offer, she is passionate about the arts. She has served as a Bend Cultural Tourism Fund commissioner, a board member for Cascade Festival of Music and Arts Central, and an Advisory Committee member of the Tower Theatre, BendFilm, Caldera and the Waterston Desert Writing Prize. She also has spent a good deal of time in beautiful Scotland and is happy to give free travel advice.

Dougal Williams
CFA, CEO, Chief Wealth Officer, Vista Capital Partners
Dougal Williams is the CEO of Vista Capital Partners, a registered investment advisory firm in Portland, Oregon. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, Dougal also serves as the firm’s Chief Wealth Officer, overseeing all aspects of Vista’s investment, financial planning and legacy planning advice to clients. Vista currently manages close to $3B in assets for nearly 600 clients in 27 states. The firm has consistently been voted one of Oregon’s most admired companies and best places to work.
Prior to joining Vista 21 years ago, Dougal played professional tennis on the ATP Tour. He attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois before graduating from the University of Oregon with a double major in Economics (Honors) and Spanish. He has served on the boards of the Deschutes Land Trust and Urban Gleaners and currently is on the board of both the Columbia Land Trust and Jesuit High School. Dougal grew up in Sunriver, Oregon and graduated from Bend Senior High School. He is the father of three teenage daughters and has been married to his wife, Katy, for 22 years.
